The Evolutionary Organisations Community is designed for people like you, seeking deeper meaning and fulfillment in their work life and workplaces. Here is how we support you to make that happen:

  • Connect and Discuss forum where were provide prompts, posts and questions to initiate communication, connection and learning between participants, and for you to ask questions, and share your successes and challenges.  

  • Storyboard for you to upload videos, text and photos to share your personal experiences and listen to others' tales of success, challenges, and lessons learned.

    Stories are a great way to integrate and learn from our own experiences, and learn from the experience of others and build connection.

  • For assistance with practical matters and to hear what others we have Weekly Support Calls. 

  • Monthly Connection Circle calls to share more personal things in a held space.

  • Find information in our Resource Library, including a guide to past, present and emerging stages of organisational evolution, and the inspiration behind this Community, Teal Organisations.

  • Theme of the Month, where we take a deep exploration on a particular subject.

  • We can help you find people with similar interests and join a Buddy Group of 2-4 people or a Success Group of 10-12 people. Connect and support each other on your journey.

  • A Consultants & Trainers Directory, for additional professional support.

  • Coming soon we will have the "Evolutionary Ways" series of courses for a deeper dive into various aspect of Evolutionary Organisations,

  • In-Person Event with a time, place and content to be announced in early 2025.

Building deeper meaning and fulfillment goes beyond simply consuming content or completing exercises. It takes time, shared experiences, and learning from others' perspectives. It’s about uncovering blind spots, supporting each other, and forming genuine connections.

By celebrating and enjoying these moments together, we create a community where growth and learning thrive through meaningful interactions. That is why this we have designed Evolutionary Organisations to be a community, and to create learning and growth from these interactions.

The Evolutionary Ways Series

Introduction & Foundation Courses

The Evolutionary Ways is a training series for deeper enquiry and skill building. We will be asking and listening to our members about what topics and attributes in a course they would most like. So what is presented here for The Evolutionary Ways is subject to change.

We're planning our first 2-week Introduction Course in January 2025. The course offers an introduction to Evolutionary Organisations and How to Hold a Check-In.

You'll engage in hands-on exercises, connect with fellow participants during and after the course, and join a live video call for a scintillating process where you get to experience the connection and inspiration possible in a Teal Organisation.

Our 4-month Foundations Course is planned for early 2025

Similar format to the Introduction Course but with four modules, one per month for four months.
